Paid Sick Days
There will be 4 sick days for each year in case of provider illness. This is "built-in" days for only times the provider is too ill to properly care for the children.
Vacation Time:
2 weeks of vacation is taken each year. This will be done at the preference of the provider, but will be given no less than 4 weeks notice to allow enough time for parents to locate other care for their children. Vacation time is not paid, to allow parents to use the savings to pay for temporary replacement care for the vacation time.
Parent's Vacation Time: For parents wishing to take vacation time during the year, the base weekly fee is required to hold the child's spot.
