I understand how nervous someone can be when going to or thinking of checking out a home daycare. You never know what you could drive or walk into. That is why I am placing photographs of my main daycare spaces here so that you can get a virtual look at how Lil' Sprouts is set up.
Living Room: Main play space and nap time area
I have pack n plays and tummy time mats in one corner for babies and a swing behind the green chair. Nice variety of toys for different ages. I enjoy making toys with new and upcycled materials. I prefer to make toys that the children like to play with, so they are make them as I go along.
Dining Room: Used for eating, of course!, crafts, messy activities, etc. I have a computer in the corner for preschoolers to be able to learn with. I have both preschool CDs (Jump Start, Dr. Suess, etc) as well as internet sites for preschoolers to play on. (Nick Jr, Playhouse Disney, etc). I also have booster seats so that the little ones can feel like a "big kid" at the table.

There are cubbies, a shelf with pegs for hanging coats, bags, etc, and the play kitchen set that I had gave a face lift to.I am currently working on making felt food for the "kitchen".
